General Etiquette

Our services are provided by trained and certified professionals.  Sexual remarks, advances or gestures are not tolerated. Any client engaging in this type of activity will be asked to leave and will be charged the full fee for the appointment. Inappropriate clients may also be reported to local law enforcement if necessary.

Please be sure to mention when you book an appointment with us if you have any recent surgeries, illnesses or medical problems as in some situations, services may not be appropriate. This is merely a precaution to ensure your safety as well as the practitioner.  Feel free to ask questions regarding any of the services we offer.

Guaranteed Extraordinary Service
Our goal is to exceed your expectations on every visit. If your experience has been disappointing in any way, please inform us within 48 hours. We promise to work with you until you are completely satisfied.

Cancellations
As a courtesy to all, we ask that a 24 hour notice be given if you need to cancel or change your appointment with us.

Arriving On Time
Your time is important to us and we are committed to offering all clients a reliable time table. If you arrive late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or offered a shortened service, so we may serve every client promptly. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before your reserved appointment to ensure plenty of time to fill out paperwork or preparation for your session.

Privacy
During massage sessions, your body will be draped with sheets or towels to ensure your privacy and your modesty is respected at all times. Private areas always remain covered and are never touched during any session. Because your relaxation and enjoyment is our number one priority, please feel free to leave on as much clothing as makes you comfortable.

Promoting Well Being
We ask that you be courteous to us by canceling your appointment if you have any communicable diseases such as a cold, flu, cold sores, athlete’s foot or other skin conditions, etc. This is for the protection of the practitioner performing the service as well as our other clients. We reserve the right to refuse service.

Regarding Children
We provide services with the intent of inducing relaxation: in consideration of you as our client, we recommend you provide alternate care for children under the age of 13 during your appointment time.

Methods of Payment
We accept cash, personal checks and Quantum Energy Werks gift certificates.  Gift Certificates available through PayPal and expire one year from the date of purchase.  Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service or payment will be expected before you leave.  There are no refunds on gift certificates as all sales are final.
